Position Description:
deciBel Research is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to provide modeling and simulation development support on existing M&S software in an object oriented C++ development environment. Will also create new analysis tools using Python and migrate existing Matlab based analysis tools to Python for use by the M&S analysis team. Will work with the prime contractor's technical team of engineers, developers, and analysts through an agile development process to ensure that developed capabilities meet requirements.

deciBel Research is seeking a Radar Manager responsible for managing the technical and personnel activities of the deciBel team members working on AN/TYPY2 and SBX radar systems. Primary day-to-day activities will be to lead the engineering team responsible for performing flight tests and ground tests according to the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP). Position Description:
deciBel Research is seeking a Test Analyst for framework representations of MDA systems. Will perform on-console testing (from unit level software up to large scale scenarios) to determine if software changes work as designed. Will evaluate software performance for missile defense ground test and system performance functionality. Will perform analysis of test data for the purpose of assessing correct framework operation.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Life Sciences, or Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess at least 8 + years of experience in simulation testing in a DoD or aerospace environment. Experience evaluating data files to determine system performance. Experience working with developers and testers in a team environment. Experience with development of test plans at the software unit test level through system integration level, leading to testing at a formal level (FQT).  Experience with Linux operating system (RHEL 6.7), C++ and Java.

Special Skills Desired:
Prior experience in missile defense weapon system programs desired, such as: Targets & Countermeasures; UEWR, SBX/XBR, TPY-2, THAAD, Patriot, Aegis. Expertise in MDA ground tests; experience with modeling frameworks. Working knowledge of IBM rational suite development tools (Clearcase, Clearquest).

Position Description:
deciBel Research is seeking a Software Developer for framework representations of Ballistic Missile Defense Systems (BMDS) in support of Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Will develop software to support modeling and simulation (M&S) of a large-scale system simulation framework. Will work with large-scale scenarios to determine if software changes work as designed at the system level. Will design, develop, unit test, and integration test of software components as part of a larger framework.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Life Sciences, or Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
The successful candidate must possess 12 + years of experience in model and simulation development using java computer language and Object Oriented Design or Agile development methods in a DoD or aerospace environment. Must have development experience in a Redhat/Linux environment (RHEL 5.11, 6.7, or similar). Must have working knowledge of IBM rational development tools (Rhapsody, Clearcase, Clearquest). Must also have experience in development of HMI and back-end planning configuration java software using Eclipse IDE, Rich Client Platform (RCP) and Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF). Must have development experience with legacy frameworks, truth services, weapon systems or aeronautical systems.

Special Skills Desired:
Development experience with weapon systems, communication systems, and large-scale simulation frameworks. Experience with the application standardized message sets used in the MDA/BMDS community desired.  Prior experience in aerospace/missile defense weapon system programs desired. Experience in developing or using C++ desired.
