Position Description:

deciBel Research is seeking a SETA Systems Reliability Engineer that will support the government Product Office Systems Engineering Lead with systems engineering SETA support to help manage product development. Will provide quality assurance engineering, reliability engineering, risk management, hazard analyses, test and integration support. Will also analyze the reliability in design, cost, weight, and production. Will also develop the methods and measures of analysis based on government and contractual obligations. Will also prepare reports, charts, and diagrams to disclose results and highlight areas for further investigation. Will also perform follow-up investigation to assess product design flaws.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Systems Engineering is desired).

Experience Requirements:
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of applicable experience.

Will perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Will also support CDRLs review and document comments, support system & software requirement reviews and system functional review, ensure requirements tractability and support system architecture analysis. Will also ensure system processes and procedures are developed, implemented and followed by the contractor, support IPTs and workgroup meetings, and support system and software qualification/verification testing. Travel will be between 15-20%.

deciBel Research is seeking an experienced Software Engineer that cam provide DevOps support developing backend functionality, improving the C2S environment, integrating new C2S capabilities, and incorporating DevOps practices. Demonstrated experience in cloud, Mesosphere DC/OS and DevOps engineering/development required. Ability to work to both on and off Wright-Patterson AFB. Position Description:
deciBel Research is seeking a mid-level Systems Engineer that will work in a team of engineers, software developers, and radar analysts to design and develop a requirements and system architecture design for BMDS. Will support the systems engineering lifecycle efforts in the development of M&S capabilities for BMDS. Will support the establishment of analysis methods, tools, and processes to assess system performance. Will support radar simulation test procedure development, test scenario development, data management and analysis tasks.

Experience Requirements:
The successful candidate must possess 4+ years in progressively complex systems engineering for missile defense systems (required). Experience with weapon system radar requirements development and verification, system simulation, test, and implementation. Excellent communication skills are desired. Position Description:
deciBel Research is seeking a Software Engineer to support the research, design, development, integration, and test software components to support non-real-time simulation events. Will work with a team of engineers and analysts in the architecture, design, implementation and maintenance of a suite of sensor models, used for element and system level analysis, and for verification and validation of models and simulations. Will coordinate element and system-level performance parameters across multiple organizations within MDA and provide analysis and quick-turn software support for multiple events including performance assessments, digital simulation events, system development, risk reduction, ground and flight tests, and mission planning.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
The successful candidate must possess at least 8 years of relevant experience. Must be proficient in C++ on a UNIX or Linux platform. Must be experienced in all phases of software development, proficient in object-oriented software development methodologies. Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment, possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Must also have a strong background in math and physics, and able to assume a leadership role on complex tasks. Knowledge/experience in several of the following: missile defense domain, GPU Programming, CUDA, Open CL, Java, MySQL, modeling and simulation, or parallel computing.
