Ms. Bray joined the deciBel Research team in 2021 bringing more than 12 years of experience in program management and technical leadership, with a focus on missile system p

rograms and the delivery of complex, mission-critical solutions. She has an established record of leadership, a strong commitment to organizational growth, and a consistent focus on quality and accountability. Her ability to lead complex programs while fostering collaboration and innovation has had a measurable impact across the organization.
