Rosalie Allen Joins deciBel Research as President

deciBel Research, an employee-owned company, is pleased to announce Rosalie Allen has joined our executive team as President. Ms. Allen will focus on deciBel Research’s operational and day-to-day business activities with an emphasis on our most precious asset, our employee-owners. She will also be charged with product and deliverable quality and customer relationships.
Jeff Gronberg will continue to serve deciBel Research as Chief Executive Officer with a focus on strategy and long term growth initiatives.
Ms. Allen comes to deciBel Research with extensive experience in the design and implementation of transformation and growth strategies for corporate enterprise development. She is formerly president of Interfuze Corporation, where she led the company in the diversification and expansion of capabilities. She provided leadership to a team of staff supporting the Department of Defense, Missile Defense Agency, and NASA, throughout the U.S., the Middle East, and Eastern Asia. Ms. Allen was also the Huntsville Site Lead for Booz Allen Hamilton, and Director, Office of Strategic Analysis and Communications for NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center.
Ms. Allen is active in the Huntsville, community serving on the Board of Directors for the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce; Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle’s Advisory Board on Technology; Board of Directors, Public Affairs Research Council of Alabama; Board of Directors, Downtown Huntsville, Inc.; and Regional Council Co-chair for Leadership Alabama. She holds a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.
