deciBel Research is proud to announce Scott Stanfield has joined our executive team as the Executive Vice President, Strategic Growth.  Mr. Stanfield comes to deciBel Research with 31 years of experience resolving complex technical challenges and developing innovative, customer-focused business solutions for the defense industry. He has extensive knowledge of DoD programs and possesses long-term relationships with both Government and contractor personnel.

Mr. Stanfield was formerly the Director of Strategic Programs at Dynetics, Huntsville, AL, where he managed the hypersonics and directed energy weapons programs. Early in his career, he worked with ballistic missile systems and technologies at the Missile and Space Intelligence Center, Huntsville, AL. Mr. Stanfield earned his bachelor of electrical engineering from Auburn University, Auburn, AL.

As the Executive Vice President, Strategic Growth, Mr. Stanfield will be charged with developing and growing deciBel Research’s business in Huntsville, AL, Dayton, OH, and Colorado Springs, CO, as well as other locations throughout the U.S.
